Terms of service

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Cutwords for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting unauthorized access.

Paid plans renew for the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Prices, taxes, discounts, trial dates, seat quantities, and the next charge are shown in the billing flow or billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund service already provided except where required by law.

Failed, disputed, or reversed payments may suspend paid entitlements. Usage limits and plan entitlements follow the active subscription recorded by our billing system.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Cutwords the limited rights needed to store, process, transcode, analyze, and deliver that content at your direction. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded media, voices, likenesses, music, personal data, and instructions.

Do not use Cutwords to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, bypass security or usage controls, harass people, create deceptive impersonations, or generate prohibited content. Do not reverse engineer or resell the service except through an agreement that permits it.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong and requires human review before publication or consequential use. You are responsible for prompts, source material, disclosures, clearances, and the final use of generated output. Model and provider availability may change as the service evolves.

We work to keep Cutwords reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update features, providers, limits, and interfaces. Material plan or contract changes take effect prospectively with notice where required.

You may stop using the service and cancel paid renewal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful conduct, security risk, or nonpayment. Rights and obligations that by nature should survive—including payment, confidentiality, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue after termination.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. Cutwords is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
